Trained for the job
Water safety is about being prepared for the day something goes wrong. My qualifications cover safety boat handling, marine radio, first aid, survival at sea, firefighting and security awareness, including the full set of STCW basic safety training certificates.
This season I've worked as safety boat crew with Medical & Water Safety Ltd and Swim Safety Ltd, providing water safety cover at triathlon swims and rowing events. I've also completed the RYA Advanced Powerboat course.
